This project – “Šiauliai City Center Residence” – is a new apartment complex under construction on Trakų Street. From its inception, this exceptional project has been developed by “Heko” team. The project consists of 74 A+ energy class apartments ranging from 26 to 115 m². The apartment complex integrates perfectly into Šiauliai’s landscape and is distinguished by its highly functional layout.
Apartment building design and construction process
- Needs Analysis and Preparatory Work
We identify the client’s expectations and the apartment building concept. A site analysis is conducted: topography, access, utilities. Legal requirements are reviewed, and the necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities are determined.
- Design
The design phase includes: development of the architectural concept, engineering system plans, structural solutions, specialized areas (e.g., elevators), and more. Required permits are obtained. Construction works are planned, including phases and duration.
- Construction
The construction site is prepared, temporary utilities are installed, fencing is erected, and safety measures are ensured for surrounding residents and pedestrians. Construction works are carried out: site preparation, foundation works, structural assembly, engineering systems installation, finishing works, landscaping, etc.
- Commissioning
Strict quality control and safety inspections are performed, documentation is finalized, and the apartment buildings are handed over for use.
